Students plan a healthy diet, create slideshow presentations to show how to make healthy food choices, learn about the food pyramid, interview classmates about food choices, and create a graph based on information gathered. Most importantly, students learn about how to make healthy food choices to live a long, healthy life.

Sky High Counting

This integrated unit actively involves kindergarten students in understanding the day sky, night sky, and movement of the sun across the sky as they learn to count to ten.

Patterns, Patterns Everywhere

The purpose of this unit is to involve students in the process of recognizing, extending, describing, classifying, and creating a variety of patterns.
