Students will: create or modify a calendar template, research events in African American history, write one event for each day of the year on a calendar.

Students will partner read a biography from a selection of well-know African-Americans. -Students will list the key accomplishments of the individual and how they changed our society. -Students will create a poster to share with others what they have learned about the contributions of these great citizens. Students will: research famous people/events in Black History; break the biographies and events down into specific information related to dates in history; follow directions for inputting information into the database; anduse the database to search for important information/dates One Hundred Days of School A collection of fun activities for the 100th day of school. |
