In this lesson, students will research and write out the steps for the best way to take care of one. This is a fun math activity that most of the students will be able to relate to. They may not have planned a brunch before, but they have most likely eaten one. Students will have a fun way to practice writing dialogue in this lesson. They will create a comic strip based on two elves who are working in the toy factory. Students will understand why Hanukkah is important to the Jewish people. 2. Students will be able to recognize that symbols and customs have meaning in celebrations. They help us remember what we are celebrating. |
