1. Thank You Mom: This is a good time to talk about how much the kids appreciate their
mothers. Discuss with the children the kinds of things that they appreciative of about their
mothers such as caring for them when they are hurt, or sad.

Hawaiian women wear flowers behind their ears. Which ear they wear it behind tells gentlemen if they are married or single. Unmarried women wear their flower behind their left ear. It’s sort of like a wedding band.
