Habari Gani? Those Swahili words, meaning What’s the News?, may soon become as familiar a holiday message as Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, or Happy New Year. For Habari Gani? is the ritual greeting of Kwanzaa and Kwanzaa is the world’s fastest growing holiday.

Introduction
Heart rate is very important when it comes to physical activity. This activity is to help you determine your target heart rate while being physically active in fun and creative ways during your PE class. Being physically active doesn’t just mean boring exercise. It
