Marching Songs

After the Veterans Day parade, you can get everybody marching to a tune of your own.

Snacks : Animals > Zoo

Using Q-tips or new water color brushes, paint animal crackers with edible paint made from corn syrup and food coloring.

Dramatic Play : Animals > Zoo

You can buy plastic animals at the toy store. They are pretty inexpensive. Set up your own little zoo using the plastic animals and the blocks.

Monster Mash

Kids play inventor/entrepreneur and create a “monster mash” in this open-ended, creative activity.

Outdoor Activities/Music & Movement: Falling Rain Dance

Skills: Children will develop skills in making observations and creative movement.
